At Alfie's Mission, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
